whimsandlikes.com specializes in debut favors, baby shower favors, sweet 16 favors, wedding favors, baptism favors, birthday favors and quinceanera favors. Whims & Likes is a customer-oriented online store which provides good quality favors and satisfying service.

How are the favors shipped?

All favors purchased will be shipped through UPS, Fedex or USPS. Whims and Likes will properly package your favors to reach the destination on the same condition it was shipped.

What if the package gets lost or stolen on the process of delivery?

Since the purchased favors are course through a shipping company, Whims and Likes is not liable if the package gets lost or stolen. As soon as the package is handed over to shipping company, our control on the package becomes limited. Although we have not experience such case.

What are the shipping charges?

All shipments are based on the standard UPS, Fedex or USPS shipping rates. Available from the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Hawaii for delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Standard UPS, Fedex, USPS rates will apply. Charges will be based on location of delivery & package weight.

What is the applied Sales Tax?

There will be no sales tax if you're purchasing from outside CA or the USA. For CA residents, sales tax will be charged as per tax rates of Los Angeles county.

How long will the favors be delivered after the order is placed?

On the standard ground delivery it usually takes 3-5 days and this does not include the processing/ packaging time. But for your convenience, allocate an ample time before the day of your event to avoid disappointment due to inevitable circumstances. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive the favors.

When the package is already sent out and for some circumstances there is a delay, what should the customers do?

UPS is the sole carrier that Whims and Likes uses to transport the orders and delays are inevitable. In cases Whims and Likes does not have a control over the package and the best way to do is to call the shipping provider immediately...

For international shipments (packages going outside US territory), who will shoulder duties/handling fees/tariffs?

Your purchases with Whims & Likes will include shipping fees upon checkout on top of the selling price, all other fees like custom duties & tariffs will be shouldered by the recipient of the package.

What if I change my mind after placing an order and decided to cancel?

On checking-out, our online store will direct you on a secured Paypal© site for payment options. Filling up this portion means that the transaction is final. You can no longer cancel the favors you ordered.

What is your return policy?

All ordered favors will be packed individually by Whims and Likes. Assuring the best condition will be maintained until it reach you. Although damages are inevitable on the delivery process, please contact us within 3 days you have received the package. Re-stocking fee of 20% will apply.
